Below you will find all the details about our shipping process, from order processing times to delivery methods and everything in between.

Processing Time

Orders placed on naomischiff are processed Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT). Please note that our processing time is typically 2-4 business days. During this time, we verify your order, prepare it for shipment, and ensure everything is ready for delivery.

Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing on the next available business day. We encourage you to review your order details before completing your purchase to ensure there are no delays.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, we will ship it using one of our trusted carriers, including FedEx, USPS, or UPS. The typical shipping time for orders is 5 to 6 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Our shipping times apply only to orders within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. We recommend tracking your package to monitor its delivery status and estimated arrival time.

Free Shipping

At naomischiff, we believe in making your shopping experience as convenient as possible. That’s why we offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required. Shipping fees are fully covered by us to ensure that you enjoy a seamless experience from start to finish.

We use the following carriers to ship all of our home kitchen products:

  • UPS

These trusted carriers allow us to provide you with reliable, timely delivery. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number to keep you updated on the status of your delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your order’s progress on the respective carrier’s website (FedEx, USPS, or UPS).

Shipping Areas

We currently offer shipping services exclusively within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to international addresses at this time. All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in the United States.

Shipping Restrictions

While we are happy to offer shipping across the US, certain shipping restrictions may apply based on the product type, delivery address, or carrier availability. Some remote locations may experience extended shipping times. If there are any restrictions or delivery issues specific to your order, our customer service team will reach out to you as soon as possible to discuss alternative solutions.

No Tax Charges

At naomischiff, we are pleased to inform our customers that there are no additional taxes on your order. The price you see during checkout is the price you will pay—there are no hidden fees or unexpected tax charges.

Delivery Problems
